That was a TERRIBLY played game by the USA. No one did shit on the USA team. If they play like this again, they are not going to advance.

they only have 2 chances to advance:

italy ties ghana, USA beats them both

-OR-

italy beats ghana, but loses to czecj and USA. USA beats both ghana and italy ...

the second case is most likely to happen.

after this game, should there be a tie in group E, the USA will most likely lose based on goal differentials ..

Did you guys know the World Cup is just a buncha soccer games? That this thread has reached 5 pages is a stain on the AC/DC vintage concert T-shirt that is the Hardfought community. Shame on you.

Just horrible in every facet.

Only Eddie Johnson looked aggressive.

Yea US played really bad today. Fluke or no fluke last WC they played a lot better. I guess over confidence this time set in? dunno. Czechs on the other hand played a brilliant game. First 2 goals i think that they are prolly in top 5 goals of the championship so far, obsolutely beautiful goals. Nothin goaly could've done. 3rd goal is a defense mistake completely, no matter how good that pass was.
So when u play bad and the other team or on their toes you gona have 3-0.
Yellow card that the guy got who came instead of Koller.. pretty BS yellow IMO, there was no push at all, he just brushed his back with his hand...

lol, JUST heard this... He puts "sick" in the "Rosicky". Awesome goals.

US gota hope for a tie now between Ghana and Italy.

Thats what i put it on at first too. But now im leaning towards 0-2-1 or 0-3-0, unless USA changes something fast and dramatically.

And yea Ghana has wasted some VERY good chances. Again they need better strikers seriously. Its like with Sweden, just cant strike in goals with like 8 meters away...

Italy - Ghana.

Worst case scenario for US. They are on a last place now, with pretty much a MUST win situation against both Italy and Ghana.

Yea defently. They couldn't finish though. This is one of the more interesting groups no doubt.

First, it wasn't a handball. Second, thats not representing anyways. Fuckin couldn't advance into the WC. Pathetic.
Brazil disappointed me too. Ronaldo, man, wtf? He didn't want to play at all. As a big fan I'll say this, if he doesn't run around next game like his T-shirt is on fire that will be one of the biggest disappointments ever. He better be having an offday or injury, man...
