Orange Box

Pre-order Orange Box on Steam and you get to play TF2 on monday. You also get a discount of 10% which is cheaper then what I've seen at stores. If you have some of the games in the bundle you can give them away as gifts.

There has been a group that released their version of TF for HL2. Wonder if they are getting any takers.

It's a little more taxing than cs source, but not by a whole lot. I run an x800xl and I have no probs at all. But the rest of my specs are pretty dated. 1G ram, 2.8 GHz processor.

The nice thing about tf2 is that it's a cartoon themed graphics environment so you really don't need to worry about high res textures and such. It looks great on min settings.

WOW! I bought the orange box last night, and played tf2 today. Figured it would crash my crappy system, but not oly is it fun as hell, it runs just fine. This is such a fun game, and the updated graphics and features are nice. I didn't get much work done today...
