I just don't see how its possible to make a valid assumption on anything having only been in the server for 10 min. I can't remember the last time 8 members of any clan have been on at the same time, even |PoRn|. I think the most we've ever had was 5-6. Maybe 8 members of differing clans, but if that's the case, then that particular point is invalid.

I can see how it can be considered Teamstacking..but honestly, I just consider it as members of the same clan wanting to play with each other rather than against. Nuttin wrong with that. You'll never see Cobra and |PoRn| on the same team. Now that's blatant team stacking, but it'll never happen. Look at it this way, sometimes its good to be on the losing team, that will force everybody to step up their teamwork. Hell, that's how you get better. You learn how to counter rather than just get frustrated and complain.

As far as rude people, there's rude people everywhere. What ya gonna do? All you can do is pwn them, that's the fastest way to shut them up. But as Professor so eloquently pointed out, that may be a little harder for you to do. BTW, I love Oreos!

well like always, (PoRn forums usually) the topics get way off track.

I have been asking regular people in the server what they would like to see, and most suggest new maps or add more to the line up. So here is what ive done.

Rotation is now:

Strike at Karkand - 16
FuShe Pass - 16
Kubra Dam - 16
Dalian Plant - 16
Sharqi Peninsula - 16
Gulf Of Oman - 16

Everyone I spoke with wanted to see Mashtuur City gone.

So not to single any people out but... It would just help to have Actual imput that we could work with to get peeps in the server.

if that would be the lineup sounds pretty good. i would also consider oilfields though. the wz-10 heli is not much beter then the ah-1z. like the mi-28 for example, which is exactly it - havok- for the infantry.

It's important to know that if you want to change the map rotation or make certain basic changes to the server, you must do it from the server side. Even though BF2CC appears to have the functionality to do map list changes and some of the other settings changes, and despite the fact that they appear to take hold, they are never actually enacted by the server.

As a temporary fix, you can send commands to the server manually using BF2CC by entering them into the chat field, then clicking the send command button rather than [enter] or clicking the send message button (or by actually logging in as an admin in-game and sending them). These settings changes are only temporary, though, and will revert when the server is restarted. One important note is that if you're changing the map list this way, the first map in the rotation is #0, not #1. While there are better resources I'm sure, I'm too lazy to find them for you, so here is the page I used that lists the commands:

As you can see, my K:d has increased from .6 to .9 and is steadily rising. I have come close to matching your accuracy and it's getting higher of course. I hope I don't seem so "newb" anymore to you and that my 5:1 current ratios as a ground special ops unit without using vehicals or aircraft is acceptable. I yearn to be better of course and will continue to play religiously until I am.

I would love to play BF2, but the god damn thing takes like forever to load,then in-game, it takes about another 1-2 minutes of lag before everything is smooth. Then sometimes the game crashes after I wait for it to load, no reason, just crash to desktop, then sometimes I just randomly freeze in-game and the game locks up and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete out of it.

BF2 is an awesome games.... if you can get it running.

Mine crashes for no reaosn sometimes..usually when someone on Trillian talks to me, or when someone tries to start a voice convo through Xfire with with me.

Freezes? Nah.

1-2 minutes to warm up..yeah, ATI cards do that..it's a known bug.sucks.

BF2 is indeed, a great game.
