They edited down all the "umm's", bloopers, waiting, etc. to make the news blurb fit into a closing segment slot. It happens every day on every news channel.

I will give you that it was a stupid thing to report about at all. Who cares what a congressman says as a joke on the Colbert Report? The fact that Fox deemed this newsworthy at all would be more of a "shenanigan" to me.

Fox news goes right, CNN goes left, NBC is somewhat neutral, CBS goes left, MSNBC is somewhat right from what I see on a limited amount of watching it and you know what, at the end of the day they all give me the important news when it matters most.

OMFG the news is biased help me! How will I know what the fuck is true if I don't have someone to tell me??? How will I know what to believe if no one tells me???

Can everyone just stop pointing out when one station or another is biased, I know I have done it in the past but, you know what, it doesn't matter in the end. Most people who are watching these stations know there is a bias and they watch for that reason.

I know this is nit-picking, but you need to watch MSNBC more. It is definitely far left. Chris Matthews, Keith Olberman, etc. are not subtle about it.

glad that they're mature enough to call o'reilly a bastard and talk about 'soiling themselves' on him....

at least o'reilly doesn't talk about defecating on people.

first clip is ridiculous. we know it's a joke even though we're simple foxnews viewers...imagine that...and the kid making a vid in his room at his parents house w/ his compaq microphone will not be swaying my views...who sits around and watches foxnews for stuff to put on youtube?

Keyser, read up on this issue before swallowing Olbermann's words as gospel... O'Reilly obviously misspoke, as he was talking about the US response to the Malmedy Massacre, where US soldiers allegedly shot and killed 60 German POW's. In Olbermann's hard-on to attack O'Reilly, which he does on a regular basis, he either did not research this, or chose to ignore it.

Thus Fragmentary Order 27 issued by Headquarters, 328th Infantry on 21 December for the attack scheduled for the following day says: "No SS troops or paratroopers will be taken prisoners but will be shot on sight."

In his book called "The Other Price of Hitler's War: German Military & Civilian Losses Resulting from WW 2," author Martin Sorge wrote the following regarding the events that took place after the massacre:

"It was in the wake of the Malmedy incident at Chegnogne that on New Year's Day 1945 some 60 German POWs were shot in cold blood by their American guards. The guilt went unpunished. It was felt that the basis for their action was orders that no prisoners were to be taken."
