Widowmaker on MTV?
Might be....
MTV is doing a show about the Austin Game Industry, and today they were filming coverage about Retro Studios (the company I work for). The show is hosted by Sway, so it is about the behind-the-scenes/other side to game development. The coverage was shot at Gold's Gym, where some of us work out at lunch, and then at a local restaurant where we all ate some Buffalo wings.
The show airs late Novemeber. I didn't have much dialogue during the coverage, but if you see a tall guy wearing a maroon shirt and a Texas A&M hat, that is me.
Overall was a pretty fun deal. Sway was surprisingly down to earth and well spoken. Not sure what I expected, but he was much cooler than I anticipated. Needless to say, he had some interesting stories off camera.

I know you didn't mean it this way, but I can't resist the urge to question why is it always surprising for white folks to find a black person that is well spoken.

Have you seen Sway on TV before? He doesn't exactly come across as Harvard-educated. It has nothing to do with him being black. It has to do with his on-air persona. I would say the same thing about anyone white, black, mexican, asian, whatever, if their prior on-air persona depicted them as such.

Heh, yeah I ended up in a few shots. Ended up being a pretty quick little segment. Still kinda neat.
