t3k is not an asshat, he's just a coward , and stupid too, in a sense. i think t3k's "fight or flight" instinct is a little off kilter. Keyser and Derfel do speak their minds, and most often against public opinion and common sense, even doing it on purpose sometimes I'm sure, but asshats they are no...

auto change to try and get some people in. i miss a full server. still was fun regardless.

Derf - if you suddenly found God, I'd be nicer to you. :) In my universe, I AM God... To bad we're in MY universe. To me, you're that one guy who's name is similar to teufel with the devil avatar who makes the liberal posts and who just might be Canadian. Unfortunately, I can verify Teufel is *not*...

Q2 was the pinnacle of the Quake series, and still is in my opinion. There has never been another CTF like it, the game was simple, direct, and fast. Q3 is decent in it's own respect, but it never held quite the same hold over DM, CTF, and MODS, the way that Q2 did. HF should throw up a Q2 server. XD

FFXI on Bismarck server, in fact Ratlin and I are in the same HNM (high-end) linkshell.

a fair amount of my gaming time is spent there, with cs:s good for blowing off steam and
relaxing (at times)

it's a shame the media consistently portrays the military force poorly in any light, during times of peace and times of war. That, in my opinion, was an excellent read, and by far more detailed than anything the media has ever presented to the American people. Reading/hearing more of such accounts a...

it's still IE though. Only if you are really tied to embedded ActiveX, etc. is there a real
reason to have IE rendering your pages.

Of course, I applaud *any* effort made to improve IE overall, as far as interface is
concerned. MDI 4tw. ^^

that's not a browser, it's a wrapper for IE. same goes for AvantBrowser, myIE, and a ton
of other wrappers out there. new look, but still IE rendering pages.

There are a few things I would do, personally, to update the site, as far as the code and rendering are concerned: Convert HTML to XHTML Switch page layout and rendering from HTML to CSS1/2 Remove frames and so forth^^ Doing this will allow each browser to render the site more alike, trying to get t...

herro everyone. i've been playing on hardfought for quite some time (ever since Teufel gave me the low down and the ip), but i keep a fairly low profile. although i've pubbed here and there, hardfought feels more like a home that any abused red-headed step-child would love to come home to.
