Don't forget to call your mother!!!! And.... I didn't get anything for my wife because I'm buying her a new bed for mother's day. I thought that got me out of buying flowers and all that crap.... I think I was wrong. If you think you're getting out of Mother's Day somehow, think again. I think this ...

Our bases aren't all that big, they're more like staging points for our troops. I doubt they could do much more than put up a token resistance without immediate help from "home". Also who we might perceive as a nutjob isn't always perceived that way by the "natives", especially ...

I'm sure there are far more tragic stories out there than this pathetic rant. If your not prepared to die for your country then don't enlist. GWB was elected twice, everyone voted for him so while soldiers like this one died so we have the freedom and can complain, we still got to live with it. If ...

It's actually a LiveScience news article linked on Fox's website not a Fox News journalists piece. (though I'm not sure why that should matter). I'm curious as to why it is desirable that Iraq stays together as one nation.

Already the Kurds pretty much regard Arbil as the capital of Kurdistan which is in Turkey so why can't we divide up the country by ethnic groups if that's what's gonna happen anyway?

Thoughts?

The man-made global warming scare is group thought on as grand a scale as I can recall. Interestingly enough I was thinking about how 'group thought' has permeated the atmosphere of the liberal/progressive/communistic party since the 60s (probably a relic of the progressive communists of the 40s and 50s) and how for 'group thought' to really flourish it takes a strong hand (Al Gore?) a...
