23:56 <aosdict> ok @luxidream, I'm considering adding Malcolm Ryan's brewing patch to xnethack. This allows you to dissolve mold corpses in fruit juice to later ferment them into booze, confusion, sleeping, hallucination, and acid potions. I don't really see any unbalancing implications, but do you?
23:57 <aosdict> noting that xnh has moldy corpses, so assuming that it would be pretty easy to get a F corpse of whatever type you desired
23:58 <aosdict> (original patch has green molds fermenting into healing, I changed it to acid since green mold is acidic and healing would obviously be broken)
23:59 <aosdict> Also considering being able to dissolve newt corpses in acid to produce gain energy potions. Not sure if that would be too powerful though given its role in alchemy.
