Regen is pretty much a nothing burger by the time you'll get 09:47 it, so that doesn't really matter imo. While losing the SoA will hurt, I think it is at LEAST an equal trade, and with the ability to open up both hand slots I think it's definitely worth making, considering all the extra damage; the thing people sort of don't like about ashmar is that you can't twoweapon.
