Meaning that whenever his AI rolls an action that isn't very effective on you, he can reroll as many times as he wants until he gets a better one. For example, if you're not magic resistant, he can reroll until he gets a touch of death; if you are resistant, and he rolls touch of death, he will reroll hoping to get summon nasties instead.
